The latest Android OS is Android 10 or we can say Android Q released on September 3rd 2019. It has been developed by Google the previous version of Android Q was Android 9.0 Pie. Google previously launched their beta version of Android 10 Q for Google Pixel and Google Pixel XL devices. But I was officially launched on September 3rd 2019. Now comes the major question that what would be the name of this version as we all know that all previous android versions were named after some sweet desserts so, what would be name of this version well, unfortunately Google has announced they're discontinuing the procedure of naming their android versions after desserts. Cause it's a little tough to pronounce this desserts names specially for foreigners. So, they officially launched this version as Android 10. Android 10 comes with a full screen gesture system like gesture for going back to home screen either from side to edge of the display. Swiping up to get the home screen and holding to get the overview. You'll also get a new feature to activate your Google assistant and other features all by swiping you'll get that old school 3 key navigation button as well.. you'll have a bubble overlay feature named as bubbles that can be used to present content from supported applications in the form of pop-up overlays. The latest Android 10 includes a brand new system level dark mode, third party apps can automatically get a dark mode when it's active. The latest Android 10 is also available for Android go users and it uses less space in compared to it's previous releases.
